Important Notice to All Delegates
As we prepare to welcome delegates to the *GASPI Mission 2025* in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this December, the GASPI Secretariat kindly advises all participants to gear up appropriately for the weather conditions.

Saudi Arabia, particularly Riyadh and other host cities, experiences cold temperatures during December, especially in the mornings and evenings. All delegates are strongly encouraged to bring heavy jackets, warm clothing, and suitable outerwear to ensure comfort throughout the mission activities, site visits, and evening engagements.
🇺🇳 National Representation – Bring Your Country Flag
In the spirit of unity, identity, and international cooperation, GASPI respectfully requests all delegates to bring along their national flags. These flags will be used during official sessions, photo opportunities, and ceremonial moments to proudly represent each nation participating in GASPI Mission 2025.
Your preparedness and participation contribute to the success, visibility, and symbolic strength of this historic Gulf–Africa engagement.
